About the role
The role of the HR Manager France is a business partner role and HR leader of 7 locations in France, your homebase will be in Dieppe. The HR Manager France must act as a bridge between the local and global framework and ensure that the business strategy is implemented. The HR Manager France must be able to build strong relationships with local business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencer. HR Manager plays an active role, in the social dialogue in France, preparing meetings and negotiations. Carrying out your role involves collaborating with the HR Director, HR advisors, Business Directors on business and HR related themes.
Profile
In addition to a Bachelor in Business, HR or a comparable educational background, you have extensive knowledge of the entire HR landscape. You are a people-oriented manager who motivates and develops the team, and strives for the best results together. In addition to professional knowledge, you have experience with change management and organizational development. You have a practical attitude, you are a solid sparring partner for directors, management and the works council/unions, and you challenge the business further in its development.
Preferably you have experience in an international organization with merger processes, and with their organizational and process design. You have strong people skills and are well versed in processes. To support the important task of stakeholder management, you connect effortlessly with colleagues from different disciplines, you have an eye for different interests and you like to keep things moving. You are also a strong communicator (fluent in both French and English), tactful, decisive, proactive and flexible.
